Applicants must submit the following materials for consideration:

One-page personal statement outlining individual goals in the field of veterinary medicine, showing compassion for animals and reasons why a scholarship is needed
List of veterinary schools whom the applicant intends to apply to or university transcript and GPA for applicants who have already enrolled in a degree program
Curriculum vitae
Public exam results and/or secondary school transcripts
Letters of recommendation
